1) The SIM supports to freely upload 600 photos and 25 videos for 30 days. In 30 days or 600 photos and after 25 videos have been uploaded, please recharge the SIM card on app "Camera Trap Wireless" for more files uploading, or the camera will stop sending files.


2) The SIM card is unlocked, allowing compatibility with Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T.


3) After inserting the SIM card, please wait for the signal to stabilize before connecting. The first connection will take a longer time.


4) If you receive a notification but cannot find any new files on the app, please exit the app, wait for 30 seconds, and check again.


5) The cellular trail camera supports a maximum 32GB MICRO SD card


6) The pictures and videos will automatically be compressed when uploaded to the phone, allowing for quick file uploads. But the image is clearer than most trail cameras. The files in the SD card will not be compressed.

7) Only when you set the video length to 10 seconds, the video can be uploaded to the phone. If the video length is set to more than 10 seconds, video recorded by the trail cam will be saved in the memory card, but can not be uploaded to the phone.

This is a cellular trail camera which will send pictures and video to the phone. The most important is that the SIM card has cellular data and provide network for uploading files to the phone.
IMPORTANT PREPARATIONS before connecting camera to the phone
1. Install the antenna
2. Install 8 brand new AA batteries (Not Included)
3. Insert the SIM card (please note that the notch is facing outward)
4. Insert Miocr SD card (not included, maximum 32GB)
5. Push the switch to SETUP
6. Wait for the signal to stabilize. Wait for these 3 icons to flash in sequence and become stable.

Can not connect the game camera to the phone at the first time?Please check:
1) Please check if the SIM card is inserted correctly. The notched part of the SIM card should face outward.
2) After inserting the SIM card, please wait for the signal to be stable before connecting the camera to the phone (the first detection will be a little longer). Look at the screen and you will find 3 signs flashing one by one. This is the process of SIM card detection. Once the three signs stop flashing, you can connect the trail camera to the phone.
3) Please use a maximum 32GB memory card.
4) Please check if have downloaded correct app "Camera Trap Wireless".

Not send photos or videos in a week or a month?Please check:1. Please check whether you still have the quota for uploading photos and videos. It comes 600 photos and 25 video for free trial within 30 days. Once it is used up, please recharge the SIM card for more files to be uploaded.2. Please check if the AA battery is died. (Please don't mix old and new batteries)
